Mark Hoog is the author of the Growing Field children’s leadership book series, the Executive Director of the Children's Leadership Institute and a national speaker to schools, universities, business organizations, leadership groups and parent groups.

A pilot for United Airlines, Mark found his passion to inspire others when he lost his friend and mentor Jason Dahl (Captain on flight 93) on September 11th, 2001. Out of this tragedy the Growing Field series, and Mark’s message of Conscious Leadership, was born. Through the series Mark shares with children ideas on personal growth, self empowerment and how to live life “without limit.” Today the Growing Field series continues to capture national attention and has been endorsed by former Secretary of Education Richard Riley, top motivational speaker W. Mitchell, international success coach Brian Tracey and by former President Bill Clinton.
